chore: re-sync context adapters after root prose cleanup
Root AGENT.md dropped a stale paragraph; adapters that embed root (AGENTS.md, .cursorrules, .aider.conventions.md, system-prompt.txt) need to be regenerated to match. CLAUDE.md is project-only by design and unchanged.
