Brain and supervisor now behind NPM with Let's Encrypt. Replaces koala:30320/30330 NodePort URLs with canonical domain names (brain-mcp.d-ma.be, supervisor-mcp.d-ma.be) so connections work across networks without requiring Tailscale for DNS resolution.

Also adds BRAIN_MCP_TOKEN bearer auth header now that the ingestion pod enforces auth.
